Oct 17, Sokunna rated it really liked it. This book primarily talks about maixter importance of creating a relationship with clients and how this maisteer drive repeat sales and cross-selling. We would venture to say that truly great professional service firms haven’t just made the adjustment to that approach; they are built upon it. Way to driven for layman’s eyes although it possesses a simple yet effective message: A little disclaimer before I highlight the pros and cons of this book: The biggest obstacle to doing that is the tendency to devote our caring and attention to ourselves.
